About the role
We’re building the next generation of Engaging Networks’ finance function — one that’s modern, collaborative, and equipped to support our continued global growth. The Controller will play a central role in that transformation.
Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Controller will help design and implement the systems, processes, and controls that ensure financial clarity and confidence across all entities. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a CPA who wants to build — not just maintain — the structure that underpins a fast-scaling SaaS business.
You’ll oversee accounting operations across the USA, Canada and UK, driving accuracy, compliance, and consistency. You’ll also help shape a finance department culture that values accountability, innovation, and balance — working alongside a committed, diverse global team who take pride in both the work they do and the way they do it.
Success in this role is defined by an efficient, well-documented month-end close that consistently delivers accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting across all entities.
If you’re energized by turning complexity into clarity and by helping a mission-driven company scale responsibly, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
