For international charities, there’s really no better system out there for managing multiple languages and multiple currencies.
Different ways to give
We accept payments in 20 different currencies and 40 different payment methods globally. This includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JVC, Paypal and others. We also accept recurring payments from a variety of different providers including Futurepay, Paypal, bank transfer and paperless direct debit. This can all happen on the same donation form (with the exception of Paypal, who force all service providers to use their hosted pages). The result is that donors don’t have to click through a maze of pages to give. The process is linear and simple.
How it will work
For this to work, though, you need to plug in a payment gateway. The gateway processes your supporter’s payment details, checking them for validity, security and fraud. Then it reports the result to our system. We do not store credit card details, only whether the payment was a success or failure.
What the donor sees
This process is invisible to the donor – they see only your branded pages in the Engaging Networks platform. The donation process is seamless for them. Meanwhile, the payment gateway deposits the funds into your bank account.

You can also collect paperless Direct Debit details by using our data capture form and then export them yourself. This allows you to work with many other systems.
