Reporting the outcome of email campaigns helps organisations to find the approach that works best with their supporters.

Our email reporting provides the numbers and outcomes needed to improve email strategy.  In addition to open rates, click-throughs, and page completions, we also report the bounce rate (hard and soft), plus the total number of suppressed emails based on bounce history.  The reported data is presented in a graphical format for easy viewing (day and time).

We also provide reporting for all text and image links in the email message (clicks and completions for each link).  There is also a excel file download of the overall data. 

Reporting is also available for a/b tests: the initial response to the segments, and the overall campaign numbers.  Similarly this data is available for all email templates used in email triggers.
