We provide tools to aid one-way or two-way data integration with in-house or third-party databases.
While our software can be used as a standalone integrated online CRM, we recognise that clients frequently need to keep their data synchronised with one or more external systems. We have created a data service that allows this to happen automatically and securely, as well as tools to allow customisation of import and export data formats. Clients are able to:
- set up automatic, secure, periodic data transfer to an external server
- access the data API over a secure connection using a private key, in order to call a data export on demand, or to post files to our server to be imported
- customise the structure and content of the data output, and receive data in XML or CSV format
- define multiple custom import formats to enable import from several different data sources
We have also created tailored solutions for clients whose in-house systems have very specific requirements.
