For example, imagine delivering an email to a supporter that presents your issue and a call to action with images and content that corresponds to the supporter's profile (e.g. interests, or where they live). The supporter clicks through the email to take action and updates pre-populated form data if necessary. The message that the supporter now sends to their local political decision-maker includes a reference to the politicians' views on the issue.
