The organisations that we work with contribute some of their advocacy and fundraising projects to an annual publication that we coordinate called eCampaigning Ideas.
We've found that many clients benefit from hearing about the projects run by other clients. So each year we ask everyone to put forward a project as a case study for publication in eCampaigning Ideas. Each project must include: a brief description of the campaign objective (fundraising or advocacy), the campaign strategy and tactics, the outcomes of the campaign, benchmark numbers, and the lessons learned. We select 8 to include in eCampaigning Ideas and then organise an annual event for the contributors to talk about their work.
